Temporary · Senior School Leidschenveen (locally recruited from within The Netherlands*) 

(Flexible work - required for periods: January & April to the end of June)

With the continued growth of Senior School Leidschenveen, our Examinations Office is looking for assistance to ensure the smooth running of the Senior School (internal/external) examinations.  

The successful candidate will be required during the main exam periods which take place at the following times; Winter examinations run for two weeks in early – mid January. Summer examinations take place from mid-April and continue to the end of June. Candidates must be able to commit to full days or part days (morning/afternoon) and be flexible during these two important examination periods. Additional opportunities for examination invigilation may also occur outside of these windows during rest of the academic year, for which we would request your availability. 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure that candidates are issued with the correct examination papers; 

  • Ensure that candidates conform to examination requirements; 

  • Ensure that the exams are carried out according to the relevant regulatory requirements; 

  • Actively invigilate throughout the exams. 

We are looking for: 

  • Well-organised, patient and punctual candidates who can work both independently and as part of a team; 

  • Candidates with accuracy, attention to detail and good IT skills; 

  • The ability to keep calm under pressure and to stand for long periods of time; 

  • Previous experience of working as an Exam Invigilator or in an educational setting would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.  

  • Candidates who are able to attend two training sessions (in December and March). 

Successful candidates will receive a zero-hour flex contract. There are also two two-hour mandatory training sessions, which will take place in December 2025 and March 2026.

As part of the recruitment process, there will be a Cammio interview. These will take place from 17-20 November 2025. Successful candidates will be invited to an in-person interview during the first week of December 2025.
