Concierge
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and customer focussed concierge with a range of practical skills, who can add value to our existing positive and highly committed concierge team. This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week and requires flexibility to be able to work early and late shifts and during school holidays if necessary.

We are looking for a team member who has the following skills and attributes:
Has competent carpentry and DIY skills for ongoing maintenance work on the premises
You are good in Hospitality and will be asked to do some catering
A team player that is also willing to help in some cleaning work
You are always willing to help and be the extra pair of hands
Is confident with the use of ICT in order to utilise spreadsheets, school email for communication, the WISH TOOL and other various software
Has a secure understanding of the important Health and Safety procedures that take place in school
Has the BHV certificate (or is willing to take the BHV course)
Has some experience and understanding of security procedures
Is able to work independently as well as part of a team
Is approachable to staff members, parents, visitors, and students on the campus
Has the flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
Has a positive attitude to work and embraces any possible changes
Is able to welcome, direct and guide any contractors scheduled to carry out work on the premises
Is able to maintain and role model the required standards during a fire drill

The salary range for this position is €2.823 - €3.367 gross EUR monthly (full-time), depending on experience, plus additional 9% holiday pay.
This role will initially be offered for a 1 year fixed period as per our recruitment procedure, with the possibility to renew the contract for up to 3 years prior to considering the possibility of indefinite employment.
